On Monday, March 16th at 2300hrs, Holbrook FD was activated for a reported vehicle fire in the vicinity of Ellsworth Street and Coates Avenue. HFD's Station 1 and the Duty-Engine crew out of Station 2 were to respond. Asst. Chief Heinnsen was the first unit on on scene, confirming a working vehicle fire. Engine 4 out of Station #1 arrived on-scene and begin knocking down the fire. Engine 5 out of Station 2 was next on-scene, providing necessary back-up and support to E-4's crew.

At approximately 23:32, Asst. Chief Heinnsen placed a Signal 4-Under Control on the alarm as all fire was knocked down and vehicle was secured. SCPD was notified and the alarm is under investigation.
