On Tuesday June 25 at 12:31 pm Holbrook was activated for a vehicle fire in front of 373 St. James Street. On arrival 1st Asst. Chief Stack transmitted a working fire for a late model Dodge Charger which was involved in fire. Due to road construction traffic in the area made accessing the fire a problem. Engine 6 from headquarters was first due and put the fire out in short order. After the fire was extinguished SCPD Officers immediately roped off the vehicle. It was the subject of a pursuit and the suspects were on foot in the area, and soon apprehended near GTS Builders Supply on Veterans Highway.
