On Saturday, February 14th, 2015, Holbrook FD was activated for an early morning Motor-Vehicle Accident (MVA) on Patchogue-Holbrook Road and Furrows Road. Within minutes, Chief Stack, Asst. Chief Heinnsen, and Rescue 7 out of Headquarters responded. Upon arrival, two vehicles, including 1 transport bus, were discovered. The crew from R-7 quickly stabilized the bus and searched it thoroughly to ensure no other passengers were involved.

Soon after, Chief Stack placed a Signal 4-Under Control on the alarm once EMS 16 & 18 transported those involved to area hospitals. All other units were released and placed back in service soon after.
