On August 4 at approximately 0350 hrs. Holbrook was activated for a structure fire in The Colony located on Furrows Road. Upon arrival the fire was already in an advanced stage and had extended to a neighboring garage. A working fire was transmitted which activated the automatic mutual aid response. A quick exterior knockdown was needed prior to an aggressive interior attack. Units were on the scene for approximately 4 hours doing extensive overhaul. All occupants had fled the house and there were no reported injuries.
