| On January 10th, the Holbrook FD was activated for a 16/23-Motor-Vehicle Accident on Patchogue Holbrook Road, in the vicinity of Broadway Avenue. Asst. Chief Heinssen was the first to respond, receiving further information of a Single Car Crash. Engine 5 from Station 2 was just clearing a brush fire and immediately responded with a full crew. Upon arrival, Chief Heinssen reported (1) patient with minor injuries and hand E-5's crew secure the damaged vehicle.
Approx 16 minutes into the alarm, Chief Heinssen placed a Signal 4-Under Control on the alarm, as the patient was transported to an area hospital. All units were released and placed back in service accordingly. |
