At 0936 hrs. Holbook was activated for a structure fire to the rear of 926 Lincoln Ave. which was the business of TAP Electrical Contractors. Upon arrival at scene Assistant Chief Timo advised units of a fire located in a detached storage building which was approximately 30 feet by 50 feet. The building which was used for storage and painting contained a large volume of combustibles. The daytime mutual aid which had been initiated upon activation dispatched Sayville Truck 9 to the scene. Engine 6 was directed into the scene and an attack was initiated with support of Engine 5 and Sayville manpower. At 1010 a signal 4 was transmitted by Chief Stack and Sayville was released from the scene.
