On June 30 at 0615 hrs. Holbrook was activated for an overturn on Sunrise Highway service road at Broadway possible entrapment. Upon arrival 81 operator informed all responding units that driver had self extricated and had minor injuries. All vehicles were secured and EMS transported two to Brookhaven Hospital with minor injury's.
